The foremost goal of our QMSP is that of achieving customer satisfaction and product realization. Our quality statement is “To strive for continued improvement in customer satisfaction through quality products and services”.

When the Company is performing systems and equipment installations as an Alteration Installation Team (AIT) and also for subcontracting, the processes identified herein and associated Installation Process Control Procedures (IPCPs) will be applied to ensure that all products and services provided to the government customer for the accomplishment of ships alterations conform to contract and task requirements whether manufactured or procured from other contractors and vendors. However, the quality processes prescribed herein will also be applied to products and services for all customers. AIT products and services will be provided for the accomplishment of alterations to ships whether the alteration is a permanent change to the ship (SHIPALT), an equipment alteration (Field Change), Ordnance Alteration (ORDALT), or a temporary alteration (TEMPALT)/ repair actions. The company will perform the appropriate inspections and tests required to substantiate product conformance to design drawings, specifications, contract requirements and tasking documentation.

Although Safety is not specifically designated as an ISO clause, (NSTS) 9090-310(SERIES) addresses the issue. Safety is paramount. The Safety process is addressed in the company’s environmental health & safety and the IPCP. Safety in all categories is stressed throughout the organization. Prior to commencing an AIT installation onboard ship, an on-site safety survey is conducted and safety brief is attended by on-site Company installers. Our Safety Briefing also includes power & hand tool safety and local facility safety information. All personnel have access to safety items such as hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes and gloves.
