Although Safety is not specifically designated as an ISO clause, (NSTS) 9090-310(SERIES) addresses the issue. Safety is paramount. The Safety process is addressed in the company’s environmental health & safety and the IPCP. Safety in all categories is stressed throughout the organization. Prior to commencing an AIT installation onboard ship, an on-site safety survey is conducted and safety brief is attended by on-site Company installers. Our Safety Briefing also includes power & hand tool safety and local facility safety information. All personnel have access to safety items such as hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes and gloves.
